Wholesale Orders

Wholesale orders may require additional processing time depending on order size. Estimated turnaround time is 1–2 weeks unless otherwise discussed.

Shipping costs are calculated by Shopify at checkout based on order size and destination.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, Wild Blue Needlepoint is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. However, please reach out and we will do our best to assist.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
