Refund policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unstitched, and in original condition. Canvases that have been started are not eligible for return.

To start a return, please email wildblueneedlepoint@gmail.com with your order number.

Customers are responsible for return shipping, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days with photos and we’ll make it right.
